JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Ruby on Rails guru. You have a couple of projects under your belt (a black one). Everything you ever wrote ended up in a plugin. You're just that good. You should be the one writing this job description and telling us what a real Rails guru is all about.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
Mandatory:
- Experience with testing frameworks;
- Agile thinking;
- Know your way around some Unix shells, source management with Git and Subversion, Capistrano;
- User experience is key, you are not a designer, but you can make CSS bend to your will.
Must know the meaning of a shit load of buzzwords, including: REST, AJAX, Agile, Web 2.0, Mashups, JSON, XMHell, TDD, BDD, /[A-Z]DD/, RSS, long tail, Microformats, tag cloud, folksonomy, Social software, viral, syndication, wiki, beta, Ruby On Rails guru/ninja, etc ... (major plus if you invented one or plan to...)
OTHER SKILLS
- Passionate and curious;

- Self-motivated and able to take initiative in order to identify and resolve bottlenecks in the organization;
